- Mary J. Evans, Judges and Ruth—Great small commentary in the Tyndale Old Testament Commentary series.
- Tim Keller, Judges for You—Based on a Bible Study written for Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, this is a great resource in understanding how Judges fits into the whole of Scripture.
- Dale Ralph Davis, Judges: Such a Great Salvation—Great sermons on Judges from a long time Old Testament professor.
