Over at the Resurgence, David Neely is writing a series of posts called "5 Hard Truths for Church Planters."  It's designed specifically for church planters, but I think his points are just as useful for those involved at the ground level of church plants. 

The first post is about resilience.  He talks about the challenges of being involved in a church plant, and then adds some thoughts on how to grow in resiliency:
