Parking can be a challenge on Sunday mornings. Please respect our neighbors and park properly, especially leaving at least 3ft from bumper to driveway apron. For more parking help/information visit: newcitycincy.org/parking

Palm Sunday

PalmSunday2019

Hello New City Parents,

The New City Kids team has put together a blog just for you.  We are excited for this new way to connect with you and your kids!

The purpose of the blog is to provide extra ideas and encouragement to you and your family throughout the year.  Examples of content will be book ideas and book reviews, seasonal crafts, helpful hints for travel, ideas for fun places to explore in Cincinnati and thoughts on Christian parenting.  (Our regular Sunday class notes and curriculum will not be housed here...please continue to look to your Sunday morning liturgry or Church Center Parent Groups for those materials.)

In light of the current home church situation, we will begin the launch of the NCK blog with activity suggestions for your family throughout Holy Week and Easter.  Even though we will not be able to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord together in person, we can be connected through shared activities!

We hope you join us at noon this Sunday, April 5th as we will have a special passing of the peace and Hosanna chorus for our New City Kids!  The session will begin with the kids having time to greet one another and will end with the Hosanna Chorus.  (Please see the NCK parent email or the Sunday morning liturgy for the meeting invite.)

In lieu of having real palm branches this year, we encourage your family to consider making them. We have provided a couple of different options.  Also, check out the Hosanna streamer craft!  CLICK HERE for helpful instructions.

Please check back next week for some fun things to do with your family in preparation for Easter Sunday!

With Love and Care,

The New City Kids Team
