Christmas Eve Service

Christmas Eve 2011 image rotator

Join us for our Christmas Eve service. We'll meet at 5:30pm in the building of Cincinnati Mennonite Fellowship (4229 Brownway Ave, 45209) for a service of Lessons and Carols.

The service itself is patterned (loosely) on the Lessons and Carols service held each year at the Kings College Chapel in Cambridge, England. I say "loosely" because their service is much longer (the program is something like 50 pages!). I promise you we'll be done in just over an hour!

Our service will be full of great Christmas carols interspersed with seven readings telling the story of Christmas. There will be a short meditation, and we'll close the service with the lighting of candles and singing "Silent Night."

We will not offer child care, but kids of all ages are welcome in the service. A nursery room will be open in the back if you'd like to use it for all or part of the service with your children.

Oh, and special guest Mike Woods will be leading music with our worship band that night!
