We believe community groups are the single best way to get connected at New City. Community groups are a place for people to study, pray, share, eat, laugh, cry and grow as they "do life together."
We are committed to multiplying and expanding our community groups on a regular basis in order to give as many as possible the opportunity to connect. Most groups meet 3x's per month, and use the sermon text as a jumping off point for discussion.
If you find a time and place that works for you, feel free to contact any of the leaders to find out about their next meeting. Or contact us, and we'll help you find a community group that works for you. Most groups can accommodate kids, but please contact the leader to see how their group functions.
All groups are newly formed this fall, and will meet for the first time the week of Sep 11. This is a great time to get connected if you're new to New City.
Madison Rd (Oakley) - Wednesday nights, 7-8:30pm (Meets 2x per month for Bible Study; 1x for dinner). Leaders: Jumpers, Jacksons. Location: Rotates (usually Jumpers or Jacksons). Children welcome. First meeting is Wed, 9/14 at the Jacksons. For more information, contact Katie Jumper.
Aston Ct. (Oakley) - Thursday nights, 7-8:30pm (1st 3 Thursdays). Leaders: Dave Megee, Browns. Location: Browns. No childcare. First meeting is Thurs 9/15. For more information, contact Kirstie Rheinheimer.
Marburg Ave (Oakley) - Tuesday nights, 7-8:30pm (1st and 3rd week for Bible Study; 2nd week for dinner). Leaders: Briners, Frades. Location: Rotates (usually Briners or Reitanos). Children welcome. First meeting is Tues 9/13 at the Reitanos. For more information, contact Megan Frade.

Madisonville / Madeira - Tuesday nights, 8-9:30pm (men meet together 1st week; women meet together 2nd week; families meet for dinner 3rd week on Sundays from 5-6:30pm). Leaders: Helins, Larsons. Location: Rotates. Children welcome on 3rd Sunday for family dinner. First meeting will be for women Tues 9/13 at Joseph Beth Booksellers. First family dinner will be Sun 9/18 at Helins.
